On the first day, you will arrive at Delhi airport where our tour executive you receive you and take you to the pre-booked hotel. Rest of the time and night will be spent in hotel in leisurely activities.
The morning of the day two will begin with a scrumptious breakfast and after which you will be taken to airport by our representative from where you will board the flight for Udaipur. On arrival check-in in the pre-booked hotel of your choice and in the evening enjoy boat ride on a beautiful lake Pichola in the lap of nature.
Return to your hotel to spent the night at your ease.
On the third day of the tour, enjoy your breakfast and proceed for a sightseeing of Udaipur. The city was built in 1559 A.D. by Maharaja Udai Singh and Col. James Todd described the place as the most romantic spot on the continent of India.
The tour of the city will take you to popular places like City Palace museum, the Jagdish temple, Sahelion-Ki-Bari (Queen’s resort for their friends), Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk art museum) and the Pratap Memorial.
Overnight stay at the hotel will be spent in leisurely and independent activities.
On the fourth day after having breakfast, you will be driven to Roopangarh by road. On arrival all arrangements will be done by our tour executives, who will escort you to the hotel. The Roopangarh Fort was built by Maharaja Roop Singh of Kisangargh state in the year 1648. The Fort of Roopangarh has a towering presence and a true example of the royal glory and grandeur of Rajasthan. You will get to see various architectural traces of different periods in this fort, which is now restored and converted into a hotel.
On the fifth day of the tour, you will leave for Jaipur after having breakfast. On reaching the destination, check-in in the hotel of your own choice. After getting freshen-u and relaxing for some time, in the afternoon you will proceed for sightseeing tour with our tour representative.
First you will be visiting City Palace that is spread across a huge plot area and beautifully decorated over one-seventh of the area in the walled city. Here you will get to see excellent Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture. The Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum are built inside this palace.
Next you will get to visit Jantar Mantar, which is the largest and the best preserved observatory. Similar five other observatories are built by the Jai Singh II in different parts of the country that stores outsized astronomical instruments, which are still in use.
After the excursion and other activities, you will come back to hotel to spent the night in leisure.
On the sixth day after having breakfast, proceed for an exciting excursion to Amber Fort. An elephant ride will take you to the you to the entrance of the fort. Amber Fort Palace was started in 1592 by Man Singh I and later completed by his descendent Jai Singh I. This classic romantic Rajasthani fort palace is intricately carved showing brilliant fusion of Mughal and Hindu styles at its best.
Then proceed to visit Palace of Winds-Hawa Mahal, which is a popular landmark in the pink city-Jaipur. It is a five storey building built using sandstone and to make it royal, the palace is plastered in pink with fine trelliswork and sophisticated balconies. Built by Pratap Singh in 1799, the palace has 953 niches and windows. The Mahal was a royal salute from maharaja Pratap Singh for the palace women.
Your next destination will be Laxmi Narayan Temple, which is situated in south Jaipur. Built by wealthy Birla family in India, the temple is also called Birla Mandir. The highlight of the mandir is that it is an perfect example and a reminder that secular traditions India has followed for many years. Glowing white marble has been used in the construction of the temple and has beautifully carved three domes, wherein each dome represents different approaches to religion. Also get to visit Moti Doongri Fort, which is situated below this temple. The fort is later transformed into a small palace by Ram Singh II for his wife Gayatri Devi.
Night will be spent in hotel at your ease.
On the seventh day enjoy your breakfast and then you will be driven to Delhi by road journey. On reaching the destination, our representative will help you to check-in in the pre-booked hotel. After getting freshen-up leave for a sightseeing tour of the city and you will be visiting New and Old Delhi both.
Your tour to Old Delhi will include visit to Raj Ghat – the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated and Jama Masjid – the largest mosque in India, among others.
In New Delhi, you will get to visit one of the well-known Qutub Minar and will enjoy an exciting drive along the ceremonial avenue – Rajpath, India Gate, Parliament House, the President’s Residence and at last the Diplomatic Enclave.
Your night stay in the hotel will be extremely comfortable and will be spent in leisurely activities.
The eight day of the tour will be the last day and you will be going back to home with so many sweet memories. In the morning you will be escorted to the airport to board the flight for onward journey. The tour completes here.
