 We take you to the eastern Awadh and Uttar Pradesh, that renowned centre of nawabi custom and traditions. Awadh and Nawabs were more advanced than any whether in cuisine, dance or music. Rapidly growing city Lucknow is the cultural capital of North India. The structures of the French builder, Le Martinere, the Imambaras of the Muslim Nawabs and the British residency are the best example of distinction in style. On east, on the coast of Ganges river lays the historic, untouched city ‘Varanasi’ the holy city for Hindus, its temples are reaching to the sky. Khajuraho the world heritage site, built in 9th and 10th century, is well-known for sculpture architect. Now the Taj Mahal, the monument in the memory of Mumtaz built by Shah Jahan. Over 20,000 labors were kept to build this monument. This tour also comprises Udaipur and Jaipur with their wonderfully painted havelis and palaces.
