TRADITIONAL RAJASTHAN

Itenerary
Day 1 (Delhi)
Arrival - Greeting at the Delhi airport followed by transfers to the hotel
Day 2 (Delhi)

In the afternoon explore the different faces of the capital – Raj relic, contemporary Indian, conservative Hindu, Mughal …..


Day 3 (Delhi)

A trip to the old Mughal capital of Shahjahanabad focused about Chandini Chowk and Red Fort.


Day 4 (Mandawa - Delhi)

Five hours drive to Mandawa, which gives you the afternoon to discover the prominent havelis of the region.


Day 5 (Bikaner - Mandawa)

Another five hours drive from Mandawa to Bikaner. The camel-breeding farm and the Junagarh Fort are a must sightseeing.


Day 6 (Jaisalmer - Bikaner)

As you would be staying for two nights in this stunning desert town, spend the first day leisurely.


Day 7 (Jaisalmer)

Dedicated to discovering the town, its magnificent temples and havelis.


Day 8 (Jaisalmer - Manvar)

An excellent experience of the desert by a camel safari to Manvar or at Osiyan, fiery sunset and nights cold enough to gather about a bonfire.


Day 9 (Jodhpur - Manvar)

A tour to Jodhpur. Visit Mehrangarh Fort, Mandore Gardens, Jaswant Thada, Balsamand Lake and Old Fort Museum after the lunch.


Day 10 (Jodhpur - Udaipur)

Halt at the little village of Ranakpur that has some exceptional intricately carved temples. At Udaipur, spend the evening at leisure for you to take pleasure in as you will.


Day 11 (Udaipur)

The day is dedicated to discover this lake city, famous for its museums, palaces, lakes, gardens and temples.


Day 12 (Udaipur - Deogarh)

The glorious Deogarh Palace now operates as a legacy hotel. Visit the village for a cherished experience of rural life.


Day 13 (Deogarh - Samode)

Located outside Jaipur, this wonderful little village is the ideal place from where to travel around that city.


Day 14 (Samode)

A morning outing to the parapet of Amber Fort gives you the afternoon to visit sites and tour the busy lanes of Jaipur’s bazaars.


Day 15 (Agra - Samode)

On the drive to Agra a stop at the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri or Keoladeo Ghana National Park can be set.


Day 16 (Agra - Delhi)

Visit the splendid Taj Mahal and other wonderful monuments that are part of Agra’s legacy. Drive back to Delhi in the afternoon.
