Day 1 (Kolkata)Welcome at Kolkata Airport and then transfers to the hotel

Day 2 (Kolkata)Spend a relaxed morning. Your noon time tourism includes the Indian Museum, the Victoria Memorial, St Paul’s and Flower Market near River Hooghly.

Day 3 (Kolkata - Bhalukpont)In the morning Fly to Guwahati. You will have enough time to visit the Kamakhya and the Shiva temples during the noon.

Day 4 (Bhalukpont)Discover the city. Botanical Gardens/Zoo and the Forest Museum are famous.

Day 5 (Bhalukpont)Make a move to Balukphont which is surrounded by blue hills and evergreen forest. The place is an ideal location for fishing as it is situated on the banks of the river Jia Bhoroli. Tipi Orchid centre is only 7 kilometers away

Day 6 (Bhalukpont - Dirang)Drive to Dirang after an early breakfast. En route visit the Orchid Research Centre, where more than 500 species of orchids can be seen.

Day 7 (Dirang - Tawang)Move to Tawang, visit tribal villages and the high altitude yak breeding center en route. You could be lucky enough to hear the Dalai Lama when he visits Tawang, the Buddhist pilgrimage site.

Day 8 (Tawang)Here, you would have the privilege to visit the 400-year-old Buddhist monastery where over 500 monks live and houses priceless Buddhist scriptures and texts. Drive to the high-altitude Peti Tso lake after the lunch time.

Day 9 (Tawang - Bomdila)After an early morning, have breakfast and then drive to Bomdila - a picturesque 8,500 ft mountain. Meet the Mijis and Monpas in close by villages and watch their tribal dances in the evening.

Day 10 (Bomdila - Tezpur)Drive to Tezpur. In the afternoon visit the city places of interests.

Day 11 (Kolkata - Tezpur)Fly back to Kolkata. Spend a relaxed day. Visit Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity if you want.
